Flexible Design

Design a base form using MS Word, adding fields that can include both Cheops and non-Cheops data. Fields can include text, date, checkbox, signature, group, attach, label and photo.



Revision Control

Make changes to site diaries easily, with full revision control. The system will tag the latest version as a revision and all previous revisions are viewable in the system.

Cheops Look Up

Design fields to look up data within Cheops, giving the user a list of results to choose from, make a selection, and the field is populated

Pre-filled Fields

Pre-set certain fields to auto populate including but not limited to date, time, project and user. Saving the user time.



Responsive Design

Design your Smart Forms to suit whatever device your staff will be using to enter data.

Exception Reporting

Receive alerts if daily site diaries have not been submitted from each site as expected.
