Progress Claims FEATURES
Layout
At project initiation, set up a progress claim template to suit your client’s requirements. Includes headings, sub headings and totals.
Import
Import a progress claim Excel template and save as your claim template for this project.
Percentage or Number
When completing a claim, use ‘Claim By Percentage’ or ‘Whole Number’ in the same field.
Reduce Errors
Reduce the risk of error through external ledgers by using Cheops’ controlled and auditable environment.
Accrual
Progress claim to your client is not an invoice at this stage, it is only a claim. This can be accrued to the project report and accounts receivable. This accrual will be overwritten once the actual invoice is issued after certification of your claim from your client.
Invoice
Once your client certifies your claim, Cheops will issue a tax invoice to the client. Create multiple MS Word templates.
