Capture docket images via mobile phone or easily drag and drop into the Invoice Scanning Register(ISR). Dispose of excess paperwork and make the most of this streamlined, paperless system.

    Register A Delivery Docket

    Register a Delivery Docket by project staff, or by your accounts team back to project staff, via a customised approval workflow. Also link delivery dockets to a purchase order and allocated costs, while project incurred costs are automatically updated.

    Incurred Costs

    Keep project costs up to date by reporting incurred costs upfront against a committed purchase order, eliminating the need to rely on invoices to be received before project costs are registered.

    3 Way Matching

    Comply with three-way matching of purchase orders, dockets and invoices, under the supplier procurement process.

    Accruals Not Required

    Eliminate the need for accruals entry for project cost reporting and/or company reporting.
