The transaction, which received approval from owners Adrian and Lorraine Newman, was finalised on Friday, June 30, 2023.
Established in 1991 by Adrian and Lorraine Newman, PowerCad is widely recognised for its exceptional electrical engineering design software and services tailored to the Australian market. Their robust software solutions enable building contractors, engineers, and manufacturers to efficiently design integrated electrical systems, resulting in increased profitability and business growth.
