Used correctly, there is no need to manage variations outside of Cheops, even potential variations. There are a lot of variation management functions ready to use. Collect time records from all staff via a simple customisable mobile app. Approve time records via Team Leader or Project. Option of Crew time records where a supervisor loads all their teams’ time sheets. Pay Master can view whole of company time records, highlighting any exceptions. Upload to Cheops pay roll without data entry. Pay staff and apply Project job cost. This is a great time saver for your payroll staff.

You can also schedule reports to be automatically run and emailed using this feature.
